Arty Hart, email@example.com
Arty is a Gainesville native and UF grad. After graduating from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth Texas Arty and his wife Jackie returned home to Gainesville, and what is now The Vineyard began as a small group in their home.
“Belonging” has been at the heart of Vineyard Gainesville from those early days, where many of it’s first members were people looking for a place to fit in church.
Arty’s passion is “to see the lights come on for folks” whether that means finding God’s love for the first time, discovering the person presence and power of the Holy Spirit, or moving into their unique calling as God’s beloved – made for a purpose.
In addition to being the founding pastor of Vineyard Gainesville, Arty also serves as the Area Leader for the Vineyard USA, overseeing Vineyard churches in North Florida.
Jacob Larson, firstname.lastname@example.org
Jacob has lived in Gainesville for 15 years. He graduated from the University of Florida where he met his wife, Jackie, at YoungLife, where he was also on staff for four years after college. Jacob and Jackie have two ridiculously cute daughters named Nathalie and Valerie. He has been on staff at the Vineyard since 2002 and says he is amazed at the opportunities God is asking him and his family to be a part of. Jacob’s passions are bringing heaven on earth by loving those who need real life on life relationships, his family and his city.
Jared Hart, email@example.com
Jared was born and raised in Gainesville and is a proud ACR. He has been playing music for the better part of 15 years in and around the city of Gainesville with various bands, and as a member of Vineyard Gainesville’s worship team. He met his wife, Rachel, in Lakeland, FL where they lived together for the first 3 1/2 years of their marriage before returning home to Gainesville. They have two beautiful daughters, Reagan and Annabelle.
Being a lifelong “Vineyardite” and “PK” (pastor’s kid) has given Jared a unique perspective of the Vineyard and the greater church as a whole. His greatest passion is to see our worship at the Vineyard create a space where people can come and respond to God’s love through worship in a safe place, free of judgment or apprehension. He also longs to see that love transform and unify the entire church, regardless of denomination or creed.
