Vmail is a private, volunteer driven, church family
and function centered announcement service.
It is set up on our Web Server as an announcement
list. By using this system we are doing our part to combat the
proliferation of unwanted bulk mail by carefully securing your
permission, through your subscribing and then confirming your
subscription.
When an announcement such as a prayer request
is sent to vmail@vineyardgainesville.org
it is carefully reviewed by conscientious volunteers to assure
it meets the Values
and Purposes of our Vmail service
Once passed inspection it is forwarded to the
Vmail mailing list.
Responses to Vmail should be handled carefully.
If you are attempting to reply or respond to the prayer request
then replying to Vmail is not the best way. It is best to look
for specific contact information within the Vmail for the message
author. However, if no such contact information is available
the Vmail volunteers "may" be able to forward your
response to the intended recipient.
